Hello Everyone!
I hope you are well and excited as we have received the clearance from government officials to resume business in this “New Normal”. As happy as I am to welcome everyone back it will be in new circumstances, practicing new business protocols to ensure safety is priority in all interactions.
As we ease back into the salon there will be some necessary changes to manage this process and your cooperation will be greatly appreciated to make this a smooth transition as we navigate this new system.
1. Effective immediately Online Booking will not be available! ALL Booking requests must be sent via email at contact@francinefrancis.ca.
In the subject line please put “Booking Request”. Please be sure to state what services you are requesting and desired times.
Your email will be followed up with call within 24 hours to confirm your booking.
2. The Salon will re-open this Friday June 26th with the following schedule:
Tuesday- Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday 10am-9pm, Saturday 8am-6pm
3. On the day of your appointment please arrive on time and wait to receive a call or message to enter the building. There is no longer a waiting area to encourage social distancing.
Please come to your appointment alone as no additional guests will be allowed.
4. It will be mandatory to wear a mask at your appointment. Only bring minimal items that are necessary. No food or drinks will be permitted on the premises.
5. Cash Free Zone. At this time we will only be accepting Debit/ Credit and E- transfers to eliminate the handling of Cash.
6. You will receive a confirmation call 24hrs prior to your appointment and will be screened with a series of questions within the Covid19 screening guidelines.
7. If you feel sick and are experiencing any symptoms related to Covid19 please call us at your earliest convenience to cancel your appointment.
8. We are practicing social distancing when at all possible; we ask that you respect personal boundaries and expect a non-contact greeting.
9. Restrooms will be available onsite, Please ensure to wash hands and sanitize thoroughly after use.
10. Sanitization of all stations/ tools and PPE will be worn during all appointments. We are following all stringent guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment as outlined by City Of Toronto Covid19 Guidance for Hair Salons and Barber Shops.
